HISTORY
For fourteen years, Girls With Pearls has remained dedicated to cultivating confidence, discipline, and leadership in girls through intentional mentorship and high standards.
Founded by Dr. Kamika Lynette Bell, the organization was established to create structured spaces where girls are affirmed, challenged, and prepared to lead with integrity and purpose.

Girls With Pearls is grounded in the belief that growth requires time, refinement, and care. The organization’s name reflects this philosophy, drawing from the symbolism of pearls—formed through pressure and patience—mirroring the developmental journey of the girls served as they mature academically, socially, emotionally, and culturally.
