Zuri Glover
Born July 23, 2015, at 8:08 a.m., Zuri Glover is an accomplished student-athlete, musician, and proud owner of a personality that is completely her own.
Zuri has been an Honor Roll student every year since first grade and is now heading into sixth grade. Her competitive spirit showed early when she became a Delaware State Gymnastics Champion in 2022, an accomplishment that reflects the focus and determination she continues to bring to everything she does.
At Ursuline Academy, Zuri expanded her athletic talents by competing in volleyball, basketball, and soccer. While balancing academics and multiple sports, she also played the trumpet and earned the distinction of becoming Trumpet Section Leader—showing that whether she’s on the court, field, or stage, she isn’t afraid to challenge herself and lead.
Outside of school, Zuri is simply Zuri. She loves Abercrombie fashion, squishies, hanging out with her friends, and spending time with her family, especially when there’s something fun to do. She is competitive and accomplished, but also playful, social, fashionable, and full of humor.
And anyone who knows Zuri probably knows her favorite word: “raggedy.” Whether it’s an outfit, a situation, or something that simply doesn’t meet her standards, Zuri will let you know when something is officially raggedy.
At just 11 years old, Zuri has already built an impressive collection of academic, athletic, musical, and leadership accomplishments. As she begins sixth grade, she continues to grow into a confident and well-rounded young lady one who works hard, enjoys life, loves her people, and always brings a little bit of Zuri wherever she goes.
