Dr. Judith Stang
Robert Frost wrote the poem “The Road Not Taken,” which reflects deeply on life’s decisions. My name is Dr. Judith Stang, and throughout my life I have made choices that have taught me how to succeed as well as how to learn from failure. These experiences did not teach me to stop moving forward; instead, they showed me how to grow, adapt, and continue on in a changing world.
It is an honor to serve with Girls With Pearls, an organization that empowers girls to make meaningful life decisions on both local and global levels. Our girls discover their calling to serve others and to become women who can lead and make courageous choices. Serving others is my purpose, and walking alongside our girls reminds me that—for us—the “road less traveled” is the one that leads to service, leadership, and lifelong impact.

Jada Poller
Jada is a woman who builds her life with intention. Born with a natural curiosity and a drive to create her own path, she has grown into someone who refuses to settle for anything less than the freedom, stability, and purpose she envisions for herself.
Her journey has been shaped by resilience—by learning to trust her instincts, think strategically, and turn challenges into opportunities. Over the years, she has developed a sharp analytical mind and a resourceful spirit, exploring digital entrepreneurship,
financial independence, and business models that allow her to design life on her own terms.
Jada is the eldest of five children, born in Camden, NJ, Jada attended public school and fell in love with reading and achieving higher education. Jada graduated from Widener University in Chester, PA with her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and obtained an MBA from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA.
Immediately after graduating University, Jada began working at the Boeing Company in the Supply Chain Organization as a Procurement Agent and had the opportunity to work in Seattle in the Commercial Division and in Philadelphia in the Defense Division.
Jada’s strength comes from her ability to adapt, to learn quickly, and to move with confidence even when the next step isn’t fully clear. Jada’s story is still unfolding, but one thing is clear: she is becoming the woman she once hoped she could
be—ambitious, grounded, and unstoppable. In her free time, Jada enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, volunteering and taking long walks in nature. Her journey is a reminder that you don’t have to wait for permission to reinvent yourself. You can choose your path, build your future, and rise on your own terms.
